Red light, is the most penetrating light. The wavelength of red light is 770~622nm, and its penetrating ability to tissues is stronger than all other wavelengths of colour light. It has a warming effect on the skin and mucous membranes and will strongly stimulate the flow of blood, causing vasodilation in the deeper tissues, improving blood circulation, increasing the vitality of the body's cells, invigorating metabolism and promoting protein synthesis.
