Red light

Red light, is the most penetrating light. The wavelength of red light is 770~622nm, and its penetrating ability to tissues is stronger than all other wavelengths of colour light. It has a warming effect on the skin and mucous membranes and will strongly stimulate the flow of blood, causing vasodilation in the deeper tissues, improving blood circulation, increasing the vitality of the body's cells, invigorating metabolism and promoting protein synthesis. The stimulation by red light can lead to an increase in fibroblast and glial element formation.

Cosmetic effects: It can increase skin elasticity, tighten pores, remove wrinkles, occlusive blackheads and acne skin, eczema, yellow face and fine skin.

Orange Light

Orange light, a light between red wavelength light and yellow wavelength light, with a wavelength of 622~597nm, is milder than red light and slightly more stimulating than yellow light. By gradually increasing the energy, it is useful for promoting blood circulation, speeding up metabolism and thyroid function. Orange light should be used in rotation with blue light. Orange light has an excellent softening effect on arteriosclerosis, cerebral sclerosis and coronary arteriosclerosis. It promotes appetite and can be used to treat thinness and anaemia.

Cosmetic effects: Prevents dry skin, increases skin elasticity, relieves wrinkles, stretch marks and slows down skin ageing.

Green light

Green light has a wavelength between 577~492nm and has a stabilising and relaxing effect on nerves. The analgesic and sedative effects on sensory nerves are more pronounced, so it is a good light therapy for hypertension, hemiplegia and neurasthenia. Light green light is also used in the treatment of asthma, menopausal disorders, nerve paralysis, kidney disease, diabetes and all diseases of the digestive tract. Experiments with green or light green light have been found to be very successful in eliminating toxins from the body. Green light is the most prevalent colour in nature and is considered to be neutral. It has a balancing effect, promotes a sense of calmness and has a soothing and relaxing effect. It has a neutralising, balancing and stabilising effect and is particularly useful in treating psychological disorders.

Cosmetic effects: rough skin, wrinkles, blackheads, acne and breakouts caused by fatigue and stress.

Blue light

Blue is the colour of calm and timelessness, and for this reason blue light is also considered a cool colour. With a wavelength between 450 and 435nm, blue light has a relaxing effect on the body. It can be used to relieve pain, reduce excessive red blood cells, decongest tissues and enhance the lymphatic system. Blue has an excellent effect on haemorrhoids. Warts disappear under blue light and it is also used to treat goitres, certain heart conditions, insomnia, bleeding and menopausal disorders. It regulates the contraction of muscles, ligaments and tissues, promotes tranquillity, modesty and enhances various meditative effects. The combination of blue and green light enhances the appearance of a relaxed, peaceful feeling; the usual sensations are described as bliss, contentment, deep breathing, mental clarity, a relaxing, balancing and focusing effect on energy, constricting blood vessels, settling nervous tension, and assisting in the treatment of insomnia and relieving pain.

Cosmetic effects : Reduces skin oil secretion, skin roughness and wrinkles caused by fatigue and mental tension, skin redness and fever, ringworm.

Purple Light
With a wavelength of 435-390nm, violet light stimulates the secretory system and unblocks the lymph glands. The stimulating effect of violet light is weaker than that of red light and its astringent effect on skin and mucous membrane ulcers and acne is more pronounced.
